They have an exciting opportunity for a customer service representative to join their busy team. You will be responsible for providing customers with a high level of service, coordinating deliveries, processing orders and liaising with suppliers.

Responsibilities

-          Processing orders on the system

-          Responding to queries and emails from customers

-          Processing and coordinating deliveries

-          Chasing PO’s and invoices

-          Liaising with internal departments

-          General administration

-          Running reports on excel
