Element Recruitment  are working with a leading organisation based in Bristol who are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This vital role involves leading a dynamic team to drive transformation and continuous improvement across commercial operations while delivering exceptional value and quality service. You will leverage data insights and foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a multi-site team focused on quality service and high performance.
  • Manage processes and resources to meet business KPIs and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and expertise.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting, particularly using Power BI.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

This role is based in Bristol with travel to other sites, offering hybrid working and a salary of £40,000 + competitive benefits.
