Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking) - Bristol - South

Are you fluent or Native German? Do you have excellent customer service? 

• German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
• Based in Bristol (temporarily remote working due to COVID) 
• Paying £21,000
• Monday -Friday 37.5 hours a week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service advisor to join a very successful company in Bristol. The idea candidate will be fluent in German and English and have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience ideally within the office or a call centre environment.

The main duties will involve:

• Answering calls and responding to enquiries
• Written correspondence
• Reviewing documents to make sure certain criteria is met
• Translating documents when require

You will:

• Fluent or Native German
• Have great Customer Service skills
• Ideally able to start ASAP
• Be able to work as part of a team
