Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking)
Based in Bristol (temporarily remote working due to COVID)
£18,000 - £21,000
Monday -Friday 37.5 hours a week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service advisor to join a very successful company in Bristol. The idea candidate will be fluent in French and English and have excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience ideally within the office or a call centre environment.

The main duties will involve:

Answering calls and responding to enquiries
Written correspondence
Reviewing documents to make sure certain criteria is met
Translating documents when require

You will:

Fluent or Native French
Have great Customer Service skills
Ideally able to start ASAP
Be able to work as part of a team
