Credit Controller - Bristol - Central

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing organisation based in Central Bristol. You will be joining a rapidly growing business that pride themselves on a great working environment and due to continued growth they are now looking to expand the current team, initially on a temporary but potential for permanent basis. As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for chasing overdue invoices, sales ledger management and customer account maintenance.

Description

The duties of the credit controller will include but limited to:

• Proactively chasing over due payments via telephone and email
• Resolving customer invoice disputes in a timely manner
• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Develop and maintaining business relationships both internal and external
• Reconciliation and cash posting
• Ensuring the sales ledger data is kept clean and up to date
• Using your initiative to create payment plans on overdue accounts 

Profile

The successful candidate must :

• Have previous credit control experience
• Be motivated and tenacious in reducing outstanding debt 
• Have excellent communication skills 
• Be a strong team player own can prioritise their own workload 
• Have the ability to build long lasting relationships
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging but rewarding environment 

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £20,000 - £25,000 + 25 days holidays + parking
