Element Recruitment have exclusively partnered up with their client, a growing organisation in Central Bristol to recruit various Credit Controllers to join a newly created team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business offering long term career prospects and a fantastic culture. These are permanent opportunities and offering up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include:
- Focusing on complex debt management
- Managing and resolving external customer queries
- Setting up affordable repayment options
- Proactive and responsive contact with customers
- Supporting vulnerable customers
- Liaising and proactively working with internal teams
- Manging escalated debt issues
- Taking responsibility for timely resolution of complaints raised
The ideal Credit Controller will:
- Have worked in Finance previously (ideally Credit Control)
- Posses excellent communication skills and a positive proactive attitude
- Have the ability to manage high volume outbound/inbound calls
- Ability to identify vulnerable customers
