Corporate Finance Manager - Milton Keynes

Are you a Corporate Finance Specialist? Fancy seeing the journey through from inception to post acquisition? We're currently working with one of Milton Keynes' fastest growing organisations to find an "in house" Corporate Finance Manager. You'll have experience within a similar role, a strong communicator and natural leader. This role requires 2 days a week in the office.

Working closely with the CFO, you'll be in charge of all M&A activities including:

• Generating and running complex scenarios
• Conducting valuation work, including financial modelling around Discounted Cashflow and Leverage Buyout analysis
• Creating models demonstrating value through acquisitions
• Assisting in due diligence
• Develop and support the team in building a framework for potential IPO listing

Your Profile:

• Ideally a qualified accountant / Corporate Finance qualification 
• Experience in M&A transactions
• Ability to analyse complex data
