Have you got excellent customer service experience? The ability to handle customer complaints in a calm, discrete and professional manner?

Working for a healthcare provider you will join the busy and supportive team handling customer complaints and queries. You will be able to provide excellent customer service and in a discrete, confidential and empathetic manner.

This is a permanent role paying £22,000 per annum. Working hours are 37.5, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle the complaints in the care support centre
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers and clinic staff
  • Assist, handle and resolve patient complaints in a timely manner
  • Collating data and producing reports

What we’re looking for:

  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience of using databases
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Discrete and confidential
