Commercial Financial Controller - fast growing international business - Bath

Element recruitment are partnering alongside a fast growing and acquisitive business to recruit a Commercial Financial Controller. You will enjoy building relationships across all areas of the business, adding value through delivery of useful insight.

This business has had an exceptional 12 months, successfully completing numerous acquisitions 

You will partner closely alongside the Finance Director and support growth/development of the commercial finance function through development of key relationships with operational business leaders.

Accountabilities;

You’ll be a proven Finance Business Partner with an ability to develop and maintain relationships  within a thriving environment.

You’ll also focus on:

• Building relationships with the executive leadership team in order to understand the business and the impact of operational changes
• Responsible for ongoing management of a team of 9 staff
• Provide regular and ad-hoc support to the Finance Director
• Driving efficiencies through process/system improvements across the function
