Billing Assistant | £25,000 - £29,000 | Hybrid
Element Recruitment is pleased to be working with an award-winning firm in Bristol who are recruiting a Billing Assistant to join their dynamic billing team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions
- Prepare reports on billing activities and trends for management review
- Assist with month-end close processes related to billing and revenue recognition
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing procedures
The Candidate:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong processing skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
