Billing Clerk - Bristol

We are recruiting for a Billing Clerk in Bristol, you don't necessarily need you to come from a finance background, you can be looking for a step into a finance role or have worked in an administrative role previously. The main thing for this business is attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will assist with the efficient operation of the billing function, which sits within the billing team who are responsible for managing all billing activities. You will ensure that all billing processes are completed on time and accurately, and in accordance with the business accounting policy. You will need to understand a wide range of complex billing processes across the company and will work alongside the team in championing these processes to customers of Finance. 

Experience

• A Billing background would be desirable but not essential
• Experience of supporting a range of customers across different locations
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and providing excellent customer service

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Passion for customer service
• Ability to challenge processes and identify improvements
• Knowledge of finance software and Excel (Desirable)
