As an Assistant Accountant you will assist in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in management reporting, and supporting the clients accounting functions.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
- Assist with audit queries, liaising with external auditors
- Oversight of AP & AR responsibilities
- Assisting with preparation of VAT returns
- Maintenance of the fixed asset register
Key Characteristics
- AAT Qualified, looking to complete further study (ACCA, CIMA)
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work fluently as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Demonstrated experience of working to tight deadlines
