Element Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading charity based in Central Bristol. You will join this friendly and passionate office as a Client Services Officer, where you will be carrying out specific administration tasks whilst supporting invoicing, dealing with internal and external clients and partners.

This is a full time role working 9am – 5.30pm paying £10/hour, temporary month contract

You will be:

  • Monitoring inboxes. Carrying out associated database tasks and updates
  • Supporting the Coordinator in monitoring, creating and issuing invoices
  • Respond to enquiries via email or phone on a wide range of subjects and respond accurately

  • Great attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
