Element Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a manufacturing company in Avonmouth. If you want to be a part of a rapidly expanding, friendly and fast paced company then this is the role for you. You will be working within the team to provide administrative support for Customer Account Managers.

This is a full-time role paying £18,000 based on a 40 hour, Monday to Friday working week.

Duties includes:

  • Liaising with Customer Account Managers to perform various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensuring that you provide excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone calls, emails and assisting in managing customer queries and complaints.
  • Assisting in new customer set up including setting up in house systems and ongoing support and training.
  • Maintaining accurate customer price lists, product lists, brochures and order forms.

You will have:

  • Good attention to detail.
  • The ability to work to agreed deadlines.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • The ability to work with Microsoft Office.

Working hours: 9am – 5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch. Free parking available on site.
