Assistant Finance Team Leader - Chippenham

We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Ledger Clerk to join a growing and profitable organisation in Wiltshire. You will assist the Senior Team leader with leading a team of invoicing coordinators to provide centralised invoicing, managing relationships, and resolving problems, disputes and queries. Flexible working, ability to work from home, with some as hoc meetings onsite.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in overseeing the end to end customer invoicing process.
• Completing invoicing and billing and customer self bill reconciliations.
• Ensures daily responsibilities are accomplished by the team and necessary checks are completed.
• Carrying out the reconciliation of sales revenues to sub contract.
• Understanding and resolving any queries arising.
• Operating defined standard processes efficiently, accurately and in a timely way.
• Managing the relationship with the finance team.
• Working closely with the transactional accounting team to ensure accounting integrity and maximise cash flows.
• Continually drive process improvement to ensure efficiency.
• Support the manager in any company-wide project.

Your Profile:

• AAT qualified (preferable) Or Studying (ACCA / CIMA)
• Excellent Excel skills are essential
• Experience in developing and managing a team is desirable
• Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail
• Great communicator
