Accounts Payable Team Leader - Bristol - South

Element are currently recruiting an Accounts Payable Team Leader to join the team of their client, a well-established and fast growing organisation in Bristol. This is a permanent opportunity, paying £22,000 per annum with study support. This is a great opportunity to become a part of an enthusiastic and close-knit team, as well as join an organisation offering long term career prospects.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Team Leader will include:

• Day-to-day management, support and work planning of 4 direct reports 
• Weekly review of ledgers
• Ensuring SLA’s are met and invoices are processed in the required time frame

The ideal Accounts Payable Team Leader will:

• Be AAT Qualified (or similar), or qualified by experience
• Have previous finance experience (ideally in Purchase Ledger)
• Have line management experience
• Posses strong Excel skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
