Job Title: Accounts Payable Helpdesk

Location: Trowbridge

Salary: £24,000, parking, flexi, pension

Purpose of the role:

You will act as principle point of contact staff, suppliers and customers. You will provide 1st class customer service when responding to and resolving internal and external queries within Service Level Agreements (SLA's). You will interrogate multiple systems to identify / resolve issues and provide training and guidance for future compliance in relation to Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Sales to Cash cycles.

Specific duties to include:

You will be delivering analysis and reports to support Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

You will participate in project testing and providing support to other areas of Finance Service Centre as required; having the ability to perform Accounts Payable and Cash management tasks.    

You will be an excellent team player working alongside Finance Service Centre (FSC) colleagues and Procurement.

You will share knowledge and information helping to further improve service levels, processes etc.

You will engage with others internally and externally to successfully improve compliance and deliver KPI's and goals. 

Skills and experience required:

Efficient and effective expertise and support using your knowledge to resolve queries for all staff , including suppliers and customers related to Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash processes.

You will be able to identify and propose any improvements to business process.
