You will be working for this Aztec West based business as an Accounts Clerk. The purpose of your role will be to perform a range of general clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions within the finance department for both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Qualifications required to do this role: 5 A-C GCSEs or equivalent (Maths essential).
Experience required to do this role: Previous experience within a finance environment/accounts department. Experience of using accounting packages.
Skills required to do this role: Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Confident and professional telephone manner. Good interpersonal skills. Numerate and accurate. Excellent attention to detail. Good organisation and administrative skills. Knowledge of SAP would be desirable. The ability to prioritise and plan effectively. The ability to work to deadlines. Good team working skills. Good problem-solving skills.
