I am recruiting for a Bedminster based business who are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the Transactional Finance Team, as well as supporting the Purchase Ledger Clerks through busy periods and providing holiday cover. 

Daily duties cover:

  • Processing weekly Sales download
  • Managing financial aspect of Insurance work completed on site (raising invoices, allocating payments received etc)
  • Warranty Administration
  • Processing Miscellaneous invoices, Cheque requests
  • Posting and arranging payment of employee expense claims
  • Replenishment of company stationery
  • Sales Ledger management, including issuing monthly statements, allocation of receipts and resolving queries
  • Monthly Intrastat reporting
  • Adhoc tasks as required

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • An Understanding of the Accounts Payable and Sales Ledger functions is desirable but not essential
