Accounts Administrative Assistant - Bristol

£10.00 per hour - Administration & Business Support

Based in central Bristol you’ll join a professional firm as a Temp Accounts Administrator. As a business they have a strong, award-winning people strategy putting communication, development and innovation at the heart of how they work every day. The friendly team work together to meet the needs of their internal business partners. You’ll gain a broad insight and experience across the Accounts department whilst you develop your skills before progression upwards within the business.

This role is paying £10ph (+holiday) working 35 hours a week ( Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm).

As an Accounts Administrator you’ll be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices / payments / receipts
  • Helping to process purchase ledger invoices
  • Opening account files
  • Cheque distribution as well as providing others

To be a success you’ll need the following skills:

  • Previous accounts experience is not essential – you’ll full on the job training. 
  • A proven ability to prioritise and work in an organised, methodical way with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Good numerical skills, with a Maths GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Competent using excel as the role
