The role is a 12 month fixed term contract however there is the opportunity of a permanent position becoming available due to company's exciting growth plans. Key duties include:
Managing Balance Sheet Reconciliation including prepayment, accruals & bank reconciliation.
Manage Year End external audit queries with support from other team members.
Provide full Management Accounts pack & necessary commentaries on variances
Ensure efficient control in place to review Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger clerk activities
Ensure suppliers are paid on time and invoices recorded accurately by the Purchase Ledger Clerk
Ensure invoices are sent to clients in accurate & timely manner by Sales Ledger Clerk with all supporting documents & authorization
Trade Debtors & Trade Creditors reviewed on ongoing basis with actions followed up as agreed based on the review.
